For wholesale clients, a minimum of $100 is required to place an order.

Products may be prepaid by check, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover. Wholesale accounts are also eligible for 30 days net or COD with proper approval.

Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.

All orders are shipped within two working days from the day the order is made FOB, Amarillo, Texas, via FedEx ground unless otherwise specified.

Damaged shipments must be reported to carrier and Eris shipping department at 800.999.9419 within 48 hours of receipt.

All back orders are shipped free of shipping charges.

Any order re-shipped due to being refused or undeliverable will have the original charge added to amount due.

A MRA (Merchant Return Authorization) is required from the shipping dept. before returning any goods. No exchanges will be processed for returned products without an MRA number. The returned products must be in the same condition as sold and may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No products held over 30 days will be accepted for return.
